PSALM 103

Oh, this beginning passage of Psalm 103 speaks to my Spirit in such a mighty way. Come reflect with me on how these verses are so refreshing. David is commanding his soul to bless the Lord which reminds me that I must command my soul to bless the Lord as well. I’m also reminded to remember all the past benefits the Lord has bestowed upon me…what a significant way to stay encouraged by bringing back to memory all the Lord has done therefore I can make it through today’s troubles. The “Who” is God healing, redeeming, crowning, satisfying, and renewing everything that I need and that you need.

A Psalm of David.

103 Bless the Lord, O my soul, And all that is within me, bless His holy name.
Bless the Lord, O my soul, And forget none of His benefits;
Who pardons all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases;
Who redeems your life from the pit, Who crowns you with loving kindness and compassion;
Who satisfies your years with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle.

REFLECT
